I am like the person who filled out any of the feedback forms on this website of EMILISA FZCO (hereinafter referred to as the website), I confirm that:

I have read and agree with the Policy of EMILISA FZCO regarding the processing of personal data, the Regulation «On clarification of rights related to the processing of personal data» and I understand the mechanism for the implementation of such rights, as well as the consequences of my consent or refusal to give such consent.
2. My consent is confirmed by putting a corresponding mark in the feedback form on the website. It is clear to me that in case of failure to make such a mark (refusal to consent to the processing of personal data), the answer to the question posed by me cannot be provided due to the lack of addressee’s data for an answer and the impossibility of the technical functioning of the feedback form without me making such a mark.
