How to start working with Electronic Consignment Notes?
1. Get GLN
If you do not have a GLN number, you must submit an application and obtain a primary GLN number from the GS1 to identify your legal entity.
2. Obtain an EDS
If the financially responsible person does not have an electronic digital signature (EDS), it is necessary to submit an application and obtain an EDS with an attribute certificate (AC).
3. Connect to the certified EDI provider Emilisa
This is the easiest and fastest step! You just need to go through a quick registration on Emilisa's site to become a participant in electronic document management, in order to exchange electronic invoices.
4. Notify your counterparties
It will be useful to notify your counterparties about connecting to the Emilisa EDI system and set up roaming connections with them in your personal account for creating, sending and receiving electronic consignment notes (eCMR).
